Hello wondering if anyone knows how the investment rental properties in newburgh are and if it is worth it? Any suggestions

In between that time, we also brought a 2 family home in Brooklyn, NY as our primary resident.

But when you have an owner of the land living in Florida who inherited it from his or her family and the land is in upstate NY, a couple of thousand dollars can sound like a good deal to them.

To become a BIC, however, you might be able to request that consideration be given for your time in NY as a broker....but I wouldn't bank on that being approved.
