That logic makes no sense, and it left me feeling stuck.A support agent has now offered to manually deactivate auto-renewal on their end, so at least I won’t need to cancel my credit card—but this should not be such a difficult process.Overall, TurboTenant has been an expensive waste of time and money.The software is clunky, support is slow and confusing, and the listing performance is far worse than every other platform I use.

Did you find the 3rd party software that searches on the deal and get leads for you - was that valuable at all? 

Hey @Drew Phebus, I recommend QuickBooks Online if you have a little bit of volume deal/rental-wise.

I mostly need help with updating my accounting software and also reaching out to leads.

October 27, 2025: Most hosts who use property management software will automatically transition to the single feestructure.

.- Do NOT make any Note or mortgage payments on their behalf- Make sure you are listed as "Additionally Insured" on their property insurance- Your software should be able to communicate & send statements to both partners, but alerts and decisions should only be allowed by one partner.

I created a web based software so they can enter the property information and upload pictures.

The real make-or-break isn’t the software, it’s having reliable people on the ground (handyman, plumber, HVAC, someone who can pop over if a tenant gets locked out, etc.).If the place is in good condition and you screened well, self-managing out of state is totally doable.

There are software tools that already do this, like Propstream and BatchLeads.
