Networking events are OK too as long as you choose the right ones and/or focus on making quality connections.Referrals and past clients are a big part of my business but I can't say I rely on it.

Look up Cost Plus and see if it feels right....The only problem with CP is that some GCs will drag on a job to get more of those weekly payments, so be aware of this if you choose this route.....Your GC should have a Cost Plus contract, take a look at it....

You do NOT need to fill out TRA paperwork unless you voluntarily choose to.The paperwork coming from the attorney means nothing legally — they’re hoping you’ll just sign it now that it’s been “fixed.”
