I am looking to get into the BRRRR method and trying to find the paths to do itIn New York, most wholesalers will allow you 1 walkthrough, maybe 2.I'd recommend if you're purchasing from a New York Wholesaler, aim to have your contractor with you for your walkthrough so that they can assess the potential renovation costs. 

The BRRRR method is a great way to build long-term wealth.

I guess my main questions are: What's the best next investment for someone who is relatively new to real estate investing, is the BRRR method smart for me and should I do a cash out refi to help fund the next investment?

I already read The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and it was a fantastic book, however now I'm looking for more specific information about this use case.Thank you,
