Sorry if it sounds like I’m venting, but I really could have kept that money and spent it in something that would actually help. 🤦🏽♂️ I get it with those situations its just so easy to say hey it does not work for this reason or that.. we on BP hear the same thing about folks trying to do deals with Do hard money.. lots of turn downs after they spent their non refundable money..
