Average rent, which sat at $1,367 and dipped to $1,300 at its pandemic low (-4.9%), skyrocketed to $1,647 by September 2021, a 25.3% year-over-year increase.The median rent in Austin has increased by $155 since April 2021, when rent nationwide began to rebound at the onset of the COVID vaccine rollout.

A partner need some quick cash and his wanting out of the partnership put other partners in dire positions where they have to scrap the entire deal, or get money from somewhere to buy out their partner.A partnership can be exactly the same and just as bad as any marriage or personal relationship can possibly be.Think about how difficult it is to get people to get vaccinated for COVID and listed to the anti-vaxxers' crazy reasoning.

Hi all, would appreciate some objective feedback as I only own LTR’s and not STR’s.My family and I recently booked a trip to Europe and used AirBNB for accommodations.The first place we booked was for 2 nights and was non-refundable (we didn’t look at the cancellation policy).About a week prior to the flight, we realized that there was a mandatory 5 day quarantine for children (us adults are vaccinated).

Also optimistic with moratoriums lifting and being able to move forward with foreclosure/evictions but court houses could definitely be backlogged in certain areas for some time.As for REO renovations, supply chain disruptions will have to cause some friction as emerging markets around the world become more vaccinated and can start to rebound from the virus, thus creating more competition for a limited amount of goods.So short term in my opinion: it's a bit more of the same.
