I had one caller today who was absolutely livid that I sent a letter to his wife and after about a minute of him just screaming at me I hung up on him.

After 2 months of living there (I lived above one of the units rented) I would witness the tenant literally screaming, cursing, and being verbally abusive to her two sons (4 years old and 7 years old) - loud noises all day and night, etc.
