Great Response Anish, I feel SF, Bay Area will continue to see various technology waves over the next many decades, the most recent being Apple, Facebook, NVidia, Google, Dropbox, Pinterest, Uber etcNext will be Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Self driving cars and things we can't even imagine and predict at the moment!

AIR is very heavy-handed and authoritarian, and their tech support is poor.....you will rarely if ever get an English speaking tech person and they are like robots and pretty useless.

BTW, you get what you pay for - the cheaper ones are robotic/scripted while the good ones (more expensive) have presence, personality and situational awareness -  which helps with appointment setting.

We're going to have driverless trucks transporting materials,  autonomous quadcopter drone fleets and other robots assembling, maintaining, recycling standardized multifamily. 3/4 of existing housing in this country is going to go to the bulldozers in 100 years because the skills to maintain it will simply be gone.

Probaly cut my time by 80%.After its done with these I could send it to my active listings, and do a quick walk through there, make sure nothing is out of order...if you could create software  program for drone/robot  to do basic cleaning tasks that would be helpful and I would pay a premium.As im thinking about this....there are more uses, I recently reduced my time looking at houses by about 80%, by training someone to do the walk thrus, run an analysis sheet, and taking a few crucial pictures and put them on dropbox.
