Usually within 1-2 days of delivery or they reject the claim.

I hear the tenants are now living in their junk vehicle & delivery food for a pizza joint.Sold the place, invested the cash into yet another property & moved on. 

Specifically for me, we had a delivery a few months ago.  

What I call "pizza box syndrome," where they'll eat most of a delivery pizza and forget the rest to rot in the box in a bedroom corner.

And have a package delivery box.

@Lewis McKnight monopoly markets seem to be trending, tech companies, order/delivery, real estate.

I just want to make sure that your advertising and claims are factually supported and I have concerns yours promise a bit more than they deliver.
