I can always tell when A customer would use slime and I would respect that they tried to fix it themself but when I would dismount the tire from the rim it would be so covered with sludge and crusty dried stuff ide have to clean the rim for a while with air tools before mounting a new tire. 

Examples:  Microwave blew up (they paid for a new one), toilet clogged, bathroom shower clogged, AC not working (freon), garbage disposal (they installed a new one).But the BIG one was pool motor blowing up.

Hi - I have an opportunity to purchase land that would be excellent for a Motor Home RV Park.

I've mounted simple master-lock combo lockboxes to foundation walls at a couple of my properties but am not sure if that is the best option. 

Septic field lines failed forcing me to build elgin system in the front yard and put a motor to pump sewer water from backyard to front yard. 

The setup was cake, you just need to use sticky pads that they provide to mount the sensors around the house and two screws to mount the keypad.

A unit that dies fast is 15 years. 80% of repairs are caps for $250, 15% are $500-$750 motor/compressor/etc.

Never have I felt unsafe.The city allocated millions a few years ago to purchase and tear down a dozen or so older motor inns on ocean blvd that had been left to squander and had become havens for the less than desireable.
