I'm a bit conflicted from a moral perspective, but determined to proceed with the eviction from a business/factual perspective....unless you can see some negative result, specifically as it relates to the medical condition.Any perspective or experience would be greatly appreciated.  

Is it wrong morally to rent to the newest person when the first person could have rented if I had posted the notice and had a police assisted entry.  

So the moral of the story is simply this.

And no, NOT on assistance because they worked, and when work you make too much to have such and they had a thing called morale's and integrity that dictated they owed more than dependency on a 'system".
