Winston also has a uniquely large Brewery/Bar Scene, for those that enjoy those.

Hey Spencer, as someone entering the real estate scene as well, I would like to have connections in the Lubbock area in every aspect of real estate whether that is other investors, agents, etc.

When you work behind the scenes you see who is to blame for problems, who is at fault here?

I'm still very new to this and super excited to become apart of the scene!

I tried this a few years ago with mixed feelings (I always felt there was something going on behind the scenes). 

just remember the opening Scene of Thomas Crown affair ( the lastest one)  when they are all sitting around the board room and Crown signs the deal the buyers light cigars.. then Crown Looks at them and says well guys you paid 10 million more than the best offer I had... 

I like that scene of the film.

But trades aren’t for everyone, very demanding hrs and it’s a totally different scene from your average college grad’s “dream job”
