Make sure you know how to handle if they don't pay rent, if they move extra people in, if they damage items- what is tenant responsibility to pay- pest control, snow removal, gardening, pool service, filter changes.Are you prepared to respond if they call you for little things like lightbulb changes, remove control batteries, etc.

Even I was close to a fabulous house but the inspector was so thorough and he mentioned Wood Destroying Organisms and we found so much termite infestation in the attic etc that I decided it was too much work and moved on:)

If you have a garage or other small secure space with power that is also near a scooter infestation you might try to get in touch with these chargers and rent that space for a premium.

and PS I have owned 4 MHP s over the years so its something I am familiar with my normal routine though is to find a tweaker infested one and turn it around and resell and make $$$
