Also, I'm a big fan of copy/paste, so have your generic email with all the information (price/qualification/showing date) and copy/paste to everyone you get, it's quick/easy and efficient!

we have been having trouble renting #22. it's been on the market for over 2 weeks and have had 33 emails/contacts through hotpads/zillow/trulia. those sites have made it super easy for morons to just click "contact the manager now" and a generic email comes to us.our ad CLEARLY says "no section 8" and it's the first thing listed.so we get an auto "email" from a person saying she is "interested". we reply with "when would you like to see it"?

Also, if you want to sell the unit, (generically) courts can allow you to place the disputed money in escrow and sell the unit free and clear.

However, I did not say "own free and clear" and everyone knows that we still have to pay property taxes.I was referring to being able to make a house my actual home in that I can paint, redecorate, etc. to my taste instead of keeping things generic like I expect my renters to keep my houses.
