We used clique studios a few years back and they were great. delivery was furniture style not on the pallet. there was one incorrect size but it was a packing error not the order and quickly corrected.

When they were done, the roof guy rode the conveyor back down, I signed the delivery sheet, and that was that.    

Since i took delivery of the car back in April, It's been worth every penny!

I have always been of the mindset that it is the tenant's responsibility to get the rent to my PM, not vice versa, via mail, personal delivery, ACH, etc.
