I have a meeting with a bank later this week to see if I can get a line of credit for the holding LLC but they require the business to be at least 2 years old under the same majority ownership during the last two years.

@Omair Abbasi there really isn't anything passive about investing in real estate and especially not in the greater Seattle area. 

I currently work in commercial real estate and am incredibly interested in investing in real estate and work part time at a restaurant for extra cash to save for investments.
