I agree that it can be powerful when you want to take a stream of conscious thought and make it digestible for others, but on forums like these, where there is a high value put on personal relationships (even virtually), it does not come across as "working smarter". 

Hi Everyone, I have access to multiple streams of cash and looking to build my own rehab team in either Cleveland or Columbus Ohio.

Its an issue of where people want to live..

Their revenue stream changed.  

I would have wondered why the property was being sold mid-stream anyway. 

I was born and raised in Detroit,  but want to create another stream of income.  

Hoping to hear from fellow younger investors in MA who live in these expensive areas as well.
