An S Corporation or an LLC taxed as an S corporation may help you save on some social security tax as an example.

A good friend of mine started a property maintenance company in Brooklyn, NY (super competitive market) and grew his database by showing up to development sites, following investors and developers on social media, introducing himself to local property owners, posting his day to day on Instagram, and following up with his database regularly.I also agree with everything @David Peschio and @Drew Sygit suggested here!

If they come from up to 5 miles away for instance, pick a likely area that is not too close to your current location, draw a circle on a map around that new location that is the same distance out.

On the other end are sponsors who rely heavily on internet fame/social media influence or alternatively guru-driven co-GP models where newly educated "Syndicators" serve as capital raisers.

Send them all your bank account numbers, your social security number,  all your passwords and all your relevant personal profile information. 

.: Things happen and total loss of investment is a possibility in syndications, but I’d be super pissed if I lost that much money and the GP still got their fees, was bragging about their success on social media and didn’t even say sorry.

So, start out by CONSISTENTLY posting what you are doing on whatever social media channels you currently use.
