Why are you inputting expenses into another software program?

Hi all, My eviction attorney told me something interesting: that if I send a tenant a lease renewal with a rent increase, the renewal must also include a notice to vacate — otherwise it’s not legally valid and is basically worthless.The reason I’m confused is because the official lease software I use (which is supposed to generate legally compliant leases) does not include any notice to vacate when preparing a rent increase renewal.

@Jules Aton we agree with Account ClosedA reputable PMC should be using Property Management software to properly manage rentals.Every PMC sofware we've looked at has built-in accounting with the ability to generate invoices.

AI is just the latest tech tool.So, they'll be good uses of it and bad.Just like the internet, PMC software, PMC support software, etc..Personally, I think the best uses will be:1) Answering repetitive owner & tenant questions- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.2) Responding to tenant prospects too lazy to actually read property postings, so they call, email or text repetitive questions.3) Enhancing followup tasks- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.4) Make data analysis & aggregation MUCH easier!
