I am dealing with someone right now who is letting emotions take over and it never ends well when that occurs.

Personally, I like acquisitions right now for quicker cash flow, but ground-up can still make sense where demand and rent growth are strong.

With rates shifting and lending tightening, I’m curious where you think the note market is heading. Are more people holding or selling?

I have an opportunity to potentially purchase a condo owned by my parents, as well as half of a duplex owned by my sister who has recently moved into her new husbands home.

MTR is working very well in Montclair, student rental is great as well.
