@Joseph Newman, Jr are you speaking to the concern being around the existing noise there for your guests, or are you worried your guests will cause excess noise for other people that live near by?

I try and take care of people especially if I was one that caused the problem for them.I hope you too will try and do the right thing and just not worry about your superhost status.
