You should be able to install them pretty easily as long as you have proper access to a water/gas line/electric meter that can take the extra power for the dryer/washer.Should be paying about $1-$1.5k retail for each addition, 94 units, I'd be looking at $600-$750 each.

That would make our mortgage $2900 but we’ll have to pay our insurance and taxes yearly (5,552 x 1900.)We’ll probably have enough to pay for the down payment and closing costs but we still won’t have enough for the unexpected expenses in the future.

That surprises a lot of people and adds unexpected delays, especially if the GC didn’t plan for it up front.It’s not always about the drawings being complex sometimes the city just wants liability on file (hence the stamp).
