Start treating tenants like you treat employees (not customers): if they do something wrong, the first question is: have we trained them on this? 

Most MI companies offer free training that is "in the weeds" when it comes to Ops stuff like processing and underwriting that is available to all MLOs.

I could name several reasons why they would fall apart and how to make it work, but, that's a very long conversation reserved for expensive training for students. ;-)
