It wasn’t terrible, but it was dirty and and weird stains on the wall and black stuff in the shower tiles. 

Same with appliances/tile/cabinets/etc. 

It's either under 1k or over 6k - there is concrete with chicken wire under the penny tile.

There is a pattern of late pay. 

Many local markets are showing a similar pattern, ultimately that buyers are more cautious and deliberate, yet homes under $500,000 that are move-in ready are still in high demand.

Personally I am not always a fan of bath mats being out (I usually drape them over the tub before pulling over the shower curtain to hide it) However, with only a shower and tile floors that can get slippery … Pottery Barn has some nice oversized ones that would look nice there.  

I enjoy the pops of color but maybe adding in a pattern with color vs a solid could also help visually. 

This is definitely a scam then with the same pattern in every project.
