They put in 6x6 posts in the corners and headers back to the new wall on the perimeter, so everything is point loaded to the ground.

Then a couple years back did some tuning, headers, intake system so if i need to get to deposit a check , i can get there quick ( haha ) About once a year though, my real estate investor heart tells me that its not practical, we should sell and have this talk with my wife and decide that we shouldnt.  

Solve it or the damages just get worse because the leak will spread horizontally along any header or sill, and making the discovery of the cause just that much harder.

Sometimes structure is pretty goofy, I have found a number of doors or windows without anything resembling a header and front or back porches falling apart but if you address them and fixthem correctly you are doing pretty good.

@Aron Roytenberg, it appears there are a few Headers that are part of the BP community.  

Start it 42" off the floor and run it up to your (new) header.

Maybe I should have posted that in header of this thread.

Your table will need a header for each parameter, and it sounds like you could use a drop down list for a number of them.

What did it say for header?
