My question is, how would it play out in other cash flow & hybrid markets like Indianapolis, Houston and Nashville.

Because of the issue with title fraud in some markets, CA, NV, Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville deeding back may trigger an investigation into fraudulent transfer.

Are you looking to invest in Nashville and Chattanooga, or are you focused on the Memphis market?

Some of those you are competing with institutions some you aren't I got a list of one of the largest build to rent providers in the nation and their markets are: Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Nashville, Phoenix, Raleigh, Tampa and Vegas.Columbus isn't on the list which is where we currently offer new construction single family and multifamily wholesale houses.

.* Denver doesn't have a particularly large amount of jobs, nor does Dallas, Austin, Nashville, Seattle, or Portland, at least not compared to Northeastern cities or Californian cities.

I have talked to contractors that work in  Nashville, price per sq in that area is higher than say down in Columbia.
