@Jay Hinrichs casually mentions golden nuggets like placing an extra washer/dryer in your master closet, or painting your copper pipes white so they look like plastic to fool the thieves. 

I am renting out some open space for stockpiling shingles and roof wrap, ice and snow guard, drip edge, coil nails, and plastic caps. 

Had to come $50,000 out of pocket to complete purchase.4 Units:-4- 2 bed/ 1 bath Units-4 Parking Spaces w/ Roll Up Garage-Patios off of each unit -Projected Rents : $3,299 / lower levels  $3,650/ upper levels-Currently has 1 tenant rented for $3,700 , 3 other units vacant.Closed July 8th.  

Our leaders are like weak dads who keep pulling out the plastic to make everyone happy while destroying the families' futures.

Another quick fix idea - you could purchase some cheap patio umbrellas and have them strategically open and aimed to the side to cover the windows during just those times that this happens?

Best chances, sell drugs, or plastic surgery and find a good sugardaddy/sugarmommy.

(2) Resin Art It's basically encasing miniature scenes, or art pieces, made with odds and ends in plastic.

Or a patio.

Consumer goods, (or cheap plastic crap from China) as I like to refer to it has not inflated but I disagree assets have a huge amount of inflation.
