Eventually you will get to a point were you can stop saying yes, and start saying no.. but this is wayyyy down the line when you determined your purpose and your life is on track and aligns with fulfilling your purpose.. for now keep saying yes to everything.- Use your passion for investing, and focus it on personal finance if you feel you can't take much investing action at this time.

But don't worry...plenty of people have lived long, healthy, exciting, fulfilled lives on far, far less than $10K / month. 

(Signing a contract that you have intention of fulfilling is unethical).  

Now I just set my own goals and only focus on what I am doing because my happy life and how I am fulfilled is not by how others define success in their lives.

Landlords don't want to evict, but consequences do need to exist in order for some people to feel compelled to fulfill their end of a contract.

I think how we look at the world, societal interactions, and living will be dramatically altered.Work from home expanding so rapidly will begin to reshape daily traffic patterns in cities, which will alter the make up of neighborhoods and local businesses.CRE is in for a lot of shakeups, especially office space.

There is a real struggle of having fulfilling work, family life etc. 

If you can't already string the bits together, I have paid ALOT of money to Anderson Advisors and they have fulfilled everything I requested done.

It was not easy as an adult, but getting my degree was fulfilling for me.
