@John DahlMetro Detroit.I feel METRO Detroit is an unknown gold mine because everyone flags all of Michigan as War zone because some greedy people come in thinking they will buy $15,000 Detroit houses and become millionaires then when it doesn’t work label all of Michigan as “bad”The highest probability of success isn’t buying $15,000 houses.

And of course I am sure Grant is getting a slice just like any other pitchman/women gets a slice for advertising Nike's or whatever or second labelling wine.. 

Many people would label a sponsor as great if they exceeded the projected return.  

Right off that bat you should know it's BS, because when they use psychology, hyperbolic labeling to make your brain ASSUME a fact, that's when ya know you gotta read the details. 

I once found someone's wallet and ID in north linden and drove down to 22nd ave to return it.

I'm here to learn, like you, and while I believe I have thick skin, I was surprised to find myself uninvited and labelled a troll. 

This seems like a ridiculous label.

I don't necessarily agree with the gurus who label ones' personal residence as a financial liability.
