I can see that the SFH routine has been a great experience for us and we're still happy with our tenants and the progress we've made.We've recently decided to alter our course now...we're going to regroup for about 6 months and then attack the multifamily units exclusively.

I played a round of golf with a friend of one of my bizz partners.. he was ( probably retired by now) president of Con Agra and they lived at the same Country Club in La quinta.. but that was his routine.. leave Omaha or were ever Con Agra is headquartered on the company G 4 and fly to Thermal play gold Friday Sat Sun and fly home Sunday night.. so ya it happens..

In my real estate sales days were I drove routinely 30k plus miles a year a sound safe and new car were a must. cant be broke down while trying to show property.

After that, I resolved never to rent to someone who wanted to pay me with money they got from suing their landlords.... so far it hasn't come up again.Red Flag Terms: Living in an Extended Stay Hotel, Rottweiler/Pit bull, Mold, Withheld Rent, Suing Landlord, Short  on Move-in Money, Previous LL didn't care about his property, Previous LL was an as*h*l*Raise your eyebrows if you hear one of them uttered by a prospective tenant, reject on the spot if you hear two or more of these terms uttered.
