I have investments in elder care and memory care homes. 

Also this lady is elderly, and would probably pass the remainder of the loan off to her children.

I have some elderly family members who have about 20-25 units in Sweetwater.  

An elderly friend owns an undeveloped parcel of land with timber not far from Charlotte. 

Unfortunately many elderly folks do not want to sell until after one spouse passes and the $250k does not make it work, especially if there was a refinance or HELOC or medical bills. 

Attorney doing title search etc says due to elder laws he will not do it because it looks like it is only 22% of the fair market value.

Now-a-days I have my clients complete the Uniform Residential Loan Application b/c of questions and back-and-forth exactly like this, but I used to do it for my clients based on their paperwork as a "customer service" thing (I was trained to do this by "elders" that had been writing mortgages pre-2008, so as a "customer service" thing they had always put in that everyone makes $25k/mo as a janitor, right?)

the tenant is running an elderly care in the house and may be not making enough money and this seems over the years. 

Because the old owner was elderly and kind, they didnt ask questions and didnt even try to get them out.

From the early information I have gathered so far, I am told the property is owned by an elderly woman who no longer wants it.
