The reason being is it's significantly cheaper to purchase, it's super fast to lay down, AND the newer patterns looking exactly like a tile floor or a LVP/LVT floor. 

I have sold over 30 million of 2-4 units and seen many patterns. 1brs in C class areas are awful you will have high turnover, vacancy, etc.

Great idea for a thread and I follow a similar pattern as you.

With Real Wages, it's important to remember that they do not have the same pattern as nominal wages.

You will want to know if any of the tenants has ever paid late (and heaven forbid a pattern of late payments....

The vanities were in bad shape, so we have already bought some upgraded vanities with real marble* tops and new faucets, but not sure if we should also do a major remodel to replace the dated 1980's floor and wall tile, "Roman" whirlpool tub ("bone" colored), "bone" colored toilet, and acrylic shower stall.

The color and pattern selections make it easy to design with.
