WIre fraud is a lot more than just wiring money deceptive pod casts are wire Fraud.  

Buzz off, you're not adding to the thread and you've been reported to the mods.

I have read so many books and listened to many hours of pod casts and webinars but, I still feel like I don't know enough to take the plunge.

The rest of what you said...agenda and all that after...your a mod so if you have some mod stuff to tell me mod away otherwise. 

I have since been listening to pod casts everyday and reading the bigger pockets books and searching for my first property ever since.I have  approx. $40k to use as downpayment and closing on a conventional loan on my first investment property.

At 16 years old I had this crazy idea to buy a pressure washer and generator to put in the back of my 'modded' Ranger and start detailing cars for a side hustle since I knew I'd make $50+/hr after school and on weekends. 

I don't how it could but still that is speculation I am no expert but i can see two peas in same pod.
