If anything, it's tougher if you have less $ here, but the moneyed class is surfing well above most of the noise.

I was a success because i ignored all the noise and BS, and stuck to the facts, data and made my own analysis from those. 

Never had issues with late/missed rent, but I ended up offering cash for keys after about a year because I found there were a lot of headaches unrelated to rent payment - noise, unreasonable maintenance upgrade requests, no respecting communication boundaries, etc.

Also I think your expectation that Antoine tell you there is freeway noise is a bit unrealistic.

I am open to any place without background noise.

There's no noise or light pollution. 

My clients are also waiting for a refund, and I will keep on making noise until they give the damn refund back to them! 

My tools were always out of sight and if thieves wanted them, they'd have to make a ton of noise or spend a lot of time getting in.
