I recommend you consider using a licensed lead risk assessor in the future, the Toledo ordinance invented the license category of "Local Lead Inspector / Lead Clearance Technician" with 8 hours of training and a minimal test in an effort to create job opportunities...however they can only inspect at the city level and cannot provide any interpretive guidance on results or conditions of properties.

But only after seeing what happened, did i interpret what was in the contract to mean what they meant.
