I’d start by calling one or two of the smaller DSCR outfits (not the giant ones) and explain the structure exactly like you did here — clean, honest, and clear.You’re basically doing everything right — you just need a lender who knows how to color outside the lines a little; Joe, I hope this helps you a bit, I sent you a DM on BP... its one of the reasons I do this, I hope you can assist.
