It’s a little surprising to me since sales volumes are down over the past couple years because more people are choosing/having to rent and we don’t have a large supply of new homes being built in this part of north Gilbert.

The only thing I know how to compare this to is the ETF/mutual fund investing I have been doing for the past 15 years, where the average annual returns have been somewhere around 11% per year.
