@Hogan Underhill really haven't seen anyone share contractor info here on BP.So, you'll need to network locally or visit a local Home Depot at 6am on a Saturday to find the "Chuck in a Truck" type contractors that hustle. 

Even if the cash flow isn’t a monster, you locked in a long-term win and got in the game, which is the hardest part.
