It's easy to obtain, costs very little, and doesn't require extra, on-going effort to maintain.

Spend as much time training it as you would an intern who you like and think is valuable enough to spend time training.

She is a bookkeeper for small businesses and is taking special training on keeping books for REI.

I have a W-2 job a nurse and I work 30 hours a week doing that plus I 1099  for an insulin pump company and do trainings up to 10-15 hours per week spent on that.I am interested in refinancing or getting a HELOC in the near future to start either out of the county or out of the state real estate investing.

All this can be done with hired help, either for a limited time or ongoing.  

These folks are trained and intimately familiar with the state/local statutes and all the associated loopholes.

I cannot speak to the quality of the coaches but the sales staff seamed well trained.

Also, their training videos are pretty good as well.

Heck they say, they'll even find someone less trained than you to lend you the money for the real estate agent costs and for closing . . . for a fee of course.
