Not to undermine the importance of the issue, but the pollution issues have been going on for decades. 

Wells usually require a 100 to 200 foot setback from all sewer and other sources of pollution.

It's in the hallway leading from the living room to the bathroom and the three rooms, so I suppose the challenges if that's done would be the resulting aesthetics and the noise pollution.

The hardest item to overcome though is pollution and toxic waste remediation.

It could be something wrong like drug activity, new company air pollution and etc. 

The Township claims they have no records or any documentation regarding the demo, but I have proof that they oversaw it and paid for it.Basically, I'm trying to do some "digging" to see how long the Township has been polluting this lot and covering it up (literally and figuratively).

They seem to see (and smell)  the dog pollutions as 'normal'.  

Also I think the climate change argument is BS, we have Alberta oil companies using inefficient practices generating a lot more pollution.Also on global scale as much as we can possibly pollute is really nothing, we have such an extensive amount of vegetation our carbon footprint as a country is easily a positive one in relation to our relatively low population.
