If you have a ton of things to do (like the lake, amusement parks etc), then a good kitchen is fine.

Anyone else seeing how much of a cash cow these 7-15 bedroom properties in resort style communities near the amusement parks are?

The platform I am using to create an LLC says no PO Box for the LLCs mailing address.
