CA.. this is very very simple.when the OP bought it she got a pre lim  or title commitment.. this will show easements of record that affect the property as exceptions to title..

It may have to do with your SIM card.

I will be getting a local SIM card to use while I am in that country, but I don't any of my tenants would want to call (and pay for) long distance international to discuss things.If nothing happens during my time away, fine, but that's unlikely.So there are two issues. 

I used to play a game called Sim City and my city's name was always Loganville.
