The kid's room is very large it fits 3 twin size beds and one toddler size plus two cube organizers and 3 dressers, 2 night stands and 2 tvs.

I am very limited on time because of work and raising a toddler.

I am very detailed with adopters regarding how we raise them, what they can expect from a puppy, how they are like unruly toddlers for about 2 years before they settle, etc.

We are kind of stuck at east side, considering good school district (with a toddler and an infant) and easy access to Seattle downtown.

You easily enough could have said "huh, well look at that" but no, you take a FALSE statement and double down with a ridiculous justification that a toddler would wince at and say "really, come on man, really". 

The lead dust gets on the floor in front of the window, a toddler's toy gets dust on it, it goes in their mouth...

But toddler logic and capital expenditures like real estate are a very dangerous combination! 

Reminds me so much of my son as a toddler when he would pout and stomp his leg demanding he get his way.
