I never asked my wife to hold my hand and I went to the trials for several weeks at a time all by myself.I don't know why husbands EXPECT so much from their wives.

Even on a trial you're assigned percentages of liability, and it is difficult to imagine what you could do in a condo to have 100% liability in any lawsuit.

Look up top STR markets in US, look up "how to grow my real estate portfolio", look up "best markets in US for the BRRRR", start calling agents in markets, contractors, lenders, start feeling out who is a right fit for your team.I've built networks in two different markets and I can tell you ppl come and go and some start well and then slack, there's lots of trial and error because ppl are good on the phone.So you see there's so much going into this goal of yours. 

It took me some trial and error but I eventually mastered it by property number 3.

@Mica Mooreit will be a learning curve, but trial by fire is often the best way to learn.Read your PM contract about termination and follow to the letter.

There will be some trial and error as no one is perfect at following instructions.

The crazy part is, I stumbled across much of the strategy I use to build my buyers lists by trial and error.
