Sad I have come across a share of home owners who are incredibly cocky and/or patronizing in their treatment of tenants but thankfully they've been in the minority by and large.

We've converted to commercial mortgages (MF, 6 units and up) which do not have the same treatment.

We always give special treatment to them, as in a bottle of wine, maybe some delicious food, flowers, etc.

My wife has had cancer, operation and treatment started last Oct.

Is your plan accounting for possible reduction in usable land to handle detention and/or water quality treatment?

Goldmines are often owned by some form of legal entity such as a corporation, partnership or LLC and are transferred via selling shares, partnership interests or membership interests in the entity rather than actually buying the underlying mineral right, which would not qualify for 1031 Exchange treatment. 

Again, for less than cost of blinds some times but certainly a lot less maintenance than blinds and, as mentioned, for some stylings blinds just are not the right fit and glass treatment can be a nice improvement, and improved showing/ user experience = $$$$. 

No programming of any kind, this (data input and treatment) was pretty much some excel work except for the word cloud where I used a software for the data treatment (the ref is in the credit slide).

They have touchy, picky macerator toilets; many areas and marinas are strict (NDZ) no discharge zones so you can't use an onboard waste treatment system - instead you have to use a tank and have regular pump outs.
