I already sent it off to the press to be produced but I used a couple things you mentioned.  

I think due to a lot of the negative press about Bmore over the last few years -- home prices haven't increased as much as other neighboring cities. 

I've been hard pressed to find any real estate meetup groups in my area. 

'Hoping for the best' me hopes we get a vaccine in 10-12 months and our economy presses the play button again. 

I have read the press releases from the CEO's of the flags we own. 

It makes my blood boil to read her rant, it is libelous, and you have a professional written agreement/lease, where you could claim defamation, but the negative press around that would likely bring more negative attention to your business. 

I’ll pay $30 to avoid the endless “press this for that” menu that nobody answers anyway at the big stores!

IMO it’s better to wait six months than refi today absent some pressing need.

As people press into our country because of our fought for freedoms and flee their countries because of lost rights, I think it will be harder and harder to own RE in the US.
