A G 4 is a 20 million dollar plus plane that will cost you 25 k to 40k an hour to operate so never really saw him post after that.. he was somewhere north of ATL there is a big lake there and he talk about his lakefront home and other nice trappings of wealth.. 

Don’t fall into that trap either.

That, in turn, will give you an indication of if/how real estate might be affected.I'll let everyone else hypothesize about whether specific political events will impact the broader economy, but don't fall into the trap of thinking that real estate is typically directly affected in a vacuum or that real estate is a leading indicator of any broader economic shifts.  

You will probably want to do some sort of course in real estate math, marketing and communication,  and consider getting a mentor, but don't fall into the trap of paying someone like GC $10,000 to go to a seminar - just don't do it.

It’s easy to get trapped in it.

And of course a few of our clients are heavy into section 8 so other than the co pay  issues they are not too affected ( although specializing in section 8 is a skill set for sure).

Also - share your mistakes with others so they do no fall into the same traps and you will likely get paid for that as well.
