Any suggestions on attire?

Good morning everyoneI've wondered how every presents themselves when they meet with motivated sellers.  Are you dressed professional or business casual?  Do people respond better to one form of dress or the other?

Of course any thing with a Red Sox or Patriots logo is always welcome attire with me to :-)

No way I'm showing up in March without proper winter attire.

But that's another story for another day.I started my search by contacting a whole bunch of real estate agents - I would literally call to make appointments, dress up in business attire and go out to meet them, explaining who I am, what my plans are, what I'm looking for and how they fit into the picture.

Do you have any input on the kind of attire to wear? 

I would also imagine, that when speaking with banks, accredited investors, sellers, securities attorneys, etc. these same folks would most definitely be wearing more formal attire (correct me if I am wrong).

Casual attire of course.
