I am traveling out to the house the middle of September and I could really use some help from a reasonable and affordable handyman to help me remodel some bathrooms, flooring, and shrink a closet.

I realize that there's upside with a cosmetic rehab, but not confident that I can get everything done, especially as an out-of-state investor...I spoke to some lenders and looks like my financials are sufficient to obtain a 30-year fixed at the target price range.

I am thinking of joining them for these 2 reasons, does anyone know more about it please? 

If for some reason, you're inhabitant wants to sell or rent it out for market value at anytime, you all still win!

If you feel like you are being nickled and dimed every step of the way, there may be a reason you feel this way.

Only logical reason is you are trying to connect with them for business.As such, your post should be under the Classifieds forum for ads.All ears if you have another legitimate reason...

Does this seem like a reasonable solution?   

My boys are my main reason for getting into real estate.

Currently I am having a hard time finding reasons that it wont work and I feel like we are missing something obvious. 

There are still deals to be found, as people need to sell for many reasons.
