What are some of your best cleaning products you have used or require your cleaners to use?

When consumers receive a great product or service, on average they will tell 2-3 people about it.

I’d recommend finishing one product before taking on another when you are just starting out unless you have plenty of cash on hand. 

So it sounds like there is indeed a market for such a product, if it actually delivered what it promised: A perpetually up-to-date database of all STR related regulations for every municipality nation-wide, with a filterable map-like interface. 

When I asked how their “Loyalty Product Discount” was applied, they couldn’t explain.I also lost access to the live training I attended.

Stay in real estate products, not businesses. 

Between DSCR, bridge loans, and refinances, investors today have several tools to build momentum and scale portfolios.From a lender’s perspective, which products do you see clients using most effectively to grow faster?

Since I’ve been syndicating real estate debt and a few equity deals for 25 years, I’ve made it my business to maintain a constant “overview” of the “product” being offered.
